Does this work with QuickBooks Desktop?: Yes. The CSV export steps differ slightly from QBO but the Claude workflow is identical. The guide covers both.
What if I do not use PayPal?: The guide covers Stripe and generic bank CSV exports as alternates. The PayPal section is skippable if it does not apply.
Do I need a paid Claude account?: The free plan at claude.ai works for most small businesses. If you process 500 or more transactions per month you will want Claude Pro for the larger context window.
